| To Automatically Configure Outlook Express::(Use your control panel for this) |

Click on the Add/Remove Accounts link in the mail area |

Click on the Outlook(Express) Auto Config Link next to the required account. |
|
Read the message in the alert window and click on the OK button. You may need to repeat this step 2-3 times. |
|
Click on the Open this file from the current location radio button, and click on the OK button of the file download window. |
|
Click on the YES button in the Registry Editor Window and repeat for the last window. Outlook express is now configured on your account. You need to repeat this for as many accounts you want to be configured in the outlook express. |

Aging : Mail aging is the process in which e-mails will be removed from the server automatically after specified number of days |
|
Click on the Add/Remove Accounts link in the mail area |

Click on the Aging button next to th email account you want to use |
|
Set the number of days you want to keep the mail .As soon as the number of days you would specify would get over, the email would get deleted. This number of days is counted since the day the email is received. |

Click " submit" |
