To Fix Quota for an Email Account::(Use your control panel for this)

	Click on the Manage/Add/Remove Account link in the mail area.
	Click on the "Show Disk Usage"
	Click on the option "change quota" next to the email account for which you want to reset the quota.
	Enter the Space you want to fix for the account and click "update".This would change the disk usage quota for that email address.
